chisel stone piece by piece
angling castles show
pieces of show
homes - built to
show those not
thought of not
dreamed of eyes
up marble towers
walls hiding kings
all the things
the masses want
the presence of
the son our
hero and father

Vanity
the fat girl needed
the cute guy to like
her body because
the other fat person
made her sick,
so she lost weight.

They are angry
because things are

but now things
are coloured like
skin and eyes,

are over, though
they never fought,
rather staying home

their children’s heights

are angry because

too weak to
do much except
encourage fear of
things that change.
